Stretch of the week / Fitness in Uniform

Responders, at the request of many here is one of the absolute easiest stretches you can do on duty.  It will restore movement and relax postural muscles along with helping to prevent back and shoulder problems, all at once!
Remember to hold for 60 seconds each side, relax and breathe.
